Delivery:

Our lead times are purely based around our demand at the time. Standard delivery is up to 3 weeks from the date purchased and confirmed. If our lead times are going exceed this we will add a banner to the website and will do our best to notify customers.

We only deliver our items ourselves and not via courier. All deliveries must be arrange and paid for to take place. During winter or wet weather we will only drop the panels on the closest hardstanding to avoid getting our vehicle stuck or ruining the ground.

Assembly:

We will provide all customers with a delivery and fitting date as soon as this is confirmed with the fitting team. 

Summer and winter have a different protocol due to the ground.

During winter we must be made aware how far from hard standing the stable / shelter needs assembling to work out how many men would need to be there to carry the shelter. These are not light and so during winter when the ground is wet we cannot drive onto grass without being towed out by a tractor / 4x4 and possibly ruining the ground.
