 Double Stable & Tack Room 36ft x 12ft

This is our standard stable block.

The outer dimensions of this are roughly 12ft wide x 36ft long x 8ft tall (tallest point) down to 6ft8" at the bottom of the slope.

This as a standard would come with 2 bottom stable doors and 1 full size tack room door.

There is the option to add an overhang, wooden skids, partitions and kick boards.

Partitions - These are either half or full partitions depending on what suit you best. These divide the building up into sections and are either half height if you want to animals to be able to see/touch each other whilst inside of full if you do not want this.

Doors - There is the option to have top doors added to both entrances to allow for these to be closed completely or just at the bottom.

Wooden skids - These allow the structure to become mobile so they can be moved around once built. This means you do not need planning permission for them to go on a non-permanent base and or onto the ground. These can be moved around the field as and when is needed.

Overhang - This is where roof extends past the top of the structure to provide shelter and/or shade.

Kick boards - These are used as a second skin inside the structure which provides extra protection for the external walls. If a horse was to kick the wall the kick board can easily be replaced rather than having to replace / repair the wall.

Fitting - We can offer fitting to anywhere we can delivery these runs too. This means will unload and put the shelter up completely. Please see our fitting tab for more information.

We can offer delivery to many areas in the UK. Please see our delivery tab for more information. Prices do not include delivery.

The images all show the item with optional extras but these will not be included unless selected in the drop down and paid for.

Delivery

We turn around most of our orders within 1 - 4 weeks. During our busy periods this lead time could increase but we will advertise this to make customers aware. Any special requests could increase this time frame but this would be made obvious at the time of ordering.

We have to deliver these products ourselves on a trailer due to the nature and size of these. We have a standard flat delivery rate of £2 per mile from our site. Our postcode to work out  this costing is PE14 8SL.

We will travel to most areas but if you're not sure please feel free to contact us to ensure we cover your area.

This comes in panels, beams and individual roof sheets. If you have selected just delivery this will be dropped off for you to assemble yourself.

There is not a standardised instruction sheet for this as it's quite a large building so we would recommend confidence and experience to put one of these buildings together.

Assembly

If you are not happy to build this yourself we can offer a fitting service for an extra cost.

This is a flat rate fee depending on the item you are looking at. The fitting fee will be listed in the options on the right hand side of the listing.

A few points to bare in mind with our fitting service are listed below:

* Access - We must be able to obtain good access to the are you were wanting this to go. The panels for the shelters are extremely heavy so the less distance they have to be carried is very important. During the summer months it's easy enough for them to pull up right next to where this would be going (space dependant) but during wet weather or the winter months the van and trailer cannot be driver on the earth as this can result in the vehicle getting stuck and/or the land being churned up.  If you would be able to provide a tow that could get them to and from the site and happy that this could cause destruction to the ground then they would be happy to do so. We wouldn't take any responsibility for any mess and/or damaged caused by this.

* Footings - These can be erected on many different surfaces but the most important part is that the land/base is as flat and level as it can be. We understand no grass field is perfect but it would not be possible to fit these on a considerable slope and/or on extremely uneven ground.

*Fixings - We will happily provide all materials needed to put this together without the need for access to any electric however we wouldn't be able to fix these runs down to any base other than bare ground/grass. For no charge we stake all of our buildings down into the earth (where possible as stipulated) to help anchor the product down but we do not accept any responsibility for any damaged caused by adverse weather. The staking should help protect against the wind but wouldn't eliminate the chance of damage.

Materials - As a standard we use our featheredge timber but we can also make these runs using shiplap timber for a more aesthetic finish.

Our runs are made using top quality strong materials.

* Solid 3" x 2" frame work

* Heavy duty 4" x 2" roofing supports.

* Either 22mm thick feather edge or a 16mm shiplap depending on which you choose.

*Top quality black Onduline roofing sheets.

We pride ourselves on quality built structures. We do not use products such as CLS or other inferior timber. All of our timber comes direct from a British saw mill and is all fully pressure treated / tanalised for protection against the elements.
